Considering the vehicle's age and mileage, the ignition plugs and coils were likely the issue.
Although there is a small chance of problems with the head, valve deformation, intake line leaks, or injectors, these issues are less common.
Fortunately, the inspection revealed that only consumable parts needed repair.
Considering the warning lights, it’s a relief that only consumables needed replacement.
The replacement cycle for ignition plugs is every 70,000 kilometers (about 43,500 miles), and for coils, it’s every 140,000 kilometers (about 87,500 miles).
Typically, you should replace the coil once for every two plug changes.

We carefully removed the rust and applied heat-resistant grease to prevent future maintenance issues.
We secured everything tightly using a torque wrench.
And we installed the coil to complete the job.
We started the engine, cleared the warning lights, and scanned for error codes.
The error code counter reset, and the previously shaky engine now runs smoothly.
It’s a huge relief.
If this solution hadn’t worked, the next steps would have been much more complicated.
