Luxury Meets Innovation: Inside the Refreshed 2024 BMW X5

On the 1st, I visited the largest Deutsch Motors Auto World exhibition hall in Suwon after hearing about the launch of the BMW X5 facelift model.

The exhibition featured not only display cars but also test drive vehicles.

Upon my visit, I noticed that there was already a lot of customer interest in this model, which has been upgraded in terms of product appeal.

Compared to the X7, it feels like a slightly smaller flagship model.

Both the gasoline and diesel models offer the same driving performance as the previous generation.

However, the plug-in hybrid model has transitioned from the 45e to the 50e, providing ample driving performance.

The trunk and interior space may feel slightly smaller, and the price is on the higher side.

However, considering the excellent fuel efficiency, I would recommend the 50e plug-in hybrid.

The facelift has resulted in a price increase of approximately 5,000 USD compared to the previous generation model.

Considering the upgraded interior that rivals flagship models, this price increase seems reasonable.

Although the exterior design has only seen minor changes, the price increase for a vehicle over 100,000 USD appears satisfactory.
