I visited Cascadia CC last May, and I remember it being a construction site with many areas where the fairway grass had not yet grown.

The green speed was between 2.5 and 2.7, but I recall the practice greens being faster.
They mentioned that it had not been long since aeration, but shouldn’t a prestigious golf course maintain green speeds above 3.0?
While there were areas where the grass was not healing properly throughout the course,
I felt satisfied with the significantly improved conditions compared to last year.
Since this golf course cannot lower its prices, it needs to enhance satisfaction with the course, service, and food and beverage options.
I believe that once the resort is completed, they could charge full green fees.
